Booking & Confirmation

1. Booking & Confirmation :

 
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Booking dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.


2. Payment Policy :

 
Deposit: 50% advance required to hold the date.
​Balance Due: Remaining 50% payable on the event date.
Mode of Payment: UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as agreed).



3. Cancellation & Rescheduling :

The advance amount is non-refundable.
If the client wishes to reschedule, it is subject to artist availability and must be informed at least 3 days in advance.
In case the artist is unable to perform due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the advance will be issued .



4. Travel & Location

 
Travel chareges are applicable and calcuated based on distance and time.

For outstation booking, travel, stay, and food arrangements are to be managed by the client.

On-Location Booking before 7:30 AM will incur a 10% early morning chares.
